The Technical Facilities and Standards Working Group (TFSWG). The TFSWG establishes a focus for the sector to set common standards for the technical facilities that are critical to delivery of capability across the sector. It enables the efficient delivery of capability by ensuring the sharing of best practice and ensuring commonality where feasible. The WG is also focused on what skills the sector needs to be investing in to ensure that the workforce is correctly skilled to adopt new technologies safely and efficiently as they emerge. The chair of the TFSWG is a member of the ESSG, to ensure the sector adopts the common standards and that its workforce is evolving to meet future technology requirements.
